You would have never known she was working on a holiday right at the prime time for everyone to be eating Thanksgiving dinner! She definitely deserves to be recognized for providing great customer service! We gambled for a bit (and both won!) and then made the food decision. The woman who gave us our cards named Mary couldn't have been nicer or chattier! She explained everything in detail about what rewards the card got us and what other places we could eat if we didn't want to wait for the buffet. When we first got there, we saw a line wrapping around the casino for the buffet, so it was a lot busier than I anticipated! So at about 4:30pm we went to get our cards so that we could gamble since it was our first time there. We decided to head to Tulalip Casino for the Thanksgiving buffet. I'm normally not one to post reviews about anything, I actually moniter reviews for the hotel I work at so I can appreciate when amazing customer service is pointed out so I feel like I need to write a review My boyfriend and I are recent transplants to Seattle from Boston so we knew we weren't heading home for Thanksgiving.
