We felt like we were in a Motel 6 in the 70s with the current situation. Replace the shower heads (at least in room 600 of the Mountain Tower) with a more up to date and effective shower head. A buffet was not an option for us here as it was closed the entire time we were here. One of our favorite things about staying at casino resorts, including those on Native American lands, are the wonderful buffets. I have never been to a casino resort where this has been true. Buffet is only open certain nights of the week and has no daytime hours. It is no longer a luxury, but rather a necessity for many folks to be able to check in and do some work things during their stay. In this day and age, many people work remotely and need Wi-Fi coverage 24-7. All staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating!
Express check-in and check-out through the kiosk or your smart phone was a plus! We enjoyed the food court for a quick meal (Earl of Sandwich, Uno, and Dunkin Donuts) and had a good dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Positives: This is a beautiful and nicely decorated facility with wood, water, and fire elements emphasized and a river running through the property.
